This book is a scientific introduction in which teacher and student abilities are unified. Exchanged in it are influencing factors incompatible with completion of a curriculum and simply gaining a certificate! It is in fact a progressive development of the profession of pedagogy and its particular details, which vary from person to person, which form an educational, free, genuine and honest society inside and outside the school.
It is an important book for curriculum authors, teachers and parents as well. The author gives answers to questions such as: What do generations learn? And how? What are the characteristics of the teacher and his role? Through answering these questions, he is forming an educational curriculum based on the following:
- Correct and effective learning is a mental activity dependent on the mind and not on memory. In fact, it is the process of discovery in which the student is playing the most important role; the teacher also has an important role in its methodical planning and taking part in its design.
- In the framework of passionate teaching, no student is slow, but he may be different.
- The role of the passionate teacher must be to persevere in the classroom in accordance with fruitful and beneficial plans oriented towards advice and discussion to the point that the teacher, in addition to his fellow students in the class.
- The facts in the course content should be taught in a practical sequence in order to be effective.
- التعلّم الصحيح والفعّال هو نشاط فكري يعتمد على العقل وليس على الذاكرة. إنه عملية اكتشاف يؤدي فيها الطالب الدور الأهم؛ وكذلك يكون للمدرّس دور مهم أيضًا في التخطيط المنهجي والمشاركة في تصميمه.
- في إطار التربية الشغوفة: لا طالب متخلّف بل مختلف.
- إن دور المدرّس الشغوف يجب أن يستمر في الصف حسب مخطّطات مثمرة ومفيدة تتَّسم بالتوجيه والحوار، وكأن المدرّس تلميذ يُضاف إلى مجموعة طلاب الصف.
- إن الحقائق في المحتوى الدراسي يجب أن تُدرَّس في سياق ومضمون عمليَّين كي تصبح معارف فاعلة.
